"The cleanliness was great; you could smell how clean, when even walking into the room. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, understanding and accommodating. The air conditioning was nice and cold. The parking was perfect.
The only concern were some of the little things to check in each room, to be sure everything is up to par for future guests. Just the bathtub plug needing some plumbers glue and the toilet seat needing tightened, as well as the mini fridge's seal needing to be checked. We also had an incident with a suspicious male late at night, not sure if they were a guest or not, but we alerted staff(front desk and security) and they addressed it, concerned, and were on top of it right away! We very much appreciate the staff and their attentiveness! They are amazing and you have a great crew, no matter what time of day or night!!"
