"Majia was absolutely delightful! She helped us with our reservation since we arrived a little before check-in, and she resolved our issue and more! Regarding the hotel, it DOES NOT INCLUDE ENTRANCE TO THE WATER PARK. I chose this hotel because of its water park for my baby, but when we went to enter, we found out we had to pay $50 per person… The room cleaning was just okay. The amenities were excellent. Much bigger than we expected! Overall, it was a very good experience, and we would stay here...
