"The room was decent. They still have DirectTV and still not streaming. The gym was too basic to call a gym. The Holiday Inn only has 1 elevator for the entire property. The breakfast was minimum. The price of the rooms for Rochester was way too high. The road noise was very noticeable. The parking lot was not that great. There are better places to stay for that kind of money. Lesson learned."

"The kitchen area was amazing. The couch was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The air conditioning did not work. There were no bathroom towels. Some beach towels. We had three total for 5 people. The advertised private beach access was not able to be found. We gave up and drove to the beach 2 miles away. This could be an amazing place if those things were fixed. We did ask for more towels. But they never came. The basement smelled like gas and I told the owner and he said he would...
