"I stayed at the Wyndham Rochester downtown address is 70 state street Rochester ny 14614 and had a horrible an experience. I was there for my daughters college commence and the hotel experience was a nightmare. When I arrived it took 40 mins to check in because the computer was down. There was only 1 elevator working, which made wait time extremely long. The air conditioner in the rooms weren’t working. I couldn’t sleep all night because of it. The breakfast was poor. Only two option biscuits and gravy with pork sausage Or oatmeal in a cup. Drink option was only coffee. it advertises a pool. The desk attendant stated the pool has been closed for 10 years. On top of that I was charged more that advertised by the 3 rd party. Im writing a letter to corporate office stating an experience from hell and I want a refund."
