"Horrible front desk service. Showed up an hour after my original check in time. Room wasn’t ready, he had no idea when it would be ready, and offered no solution just gave us a “too bad”."

"We were put in Building B where there is no elevator. It’s one set of steps but with knee issues. They were willing to give me a smaller room bed in Building A which had an elevator. "

"Check in was easy. Location of room was right off the stair well so we could hear people going up and down all night. Price was right for a one night stay."

"Front desk guy helped out as much as he could, check in was 3pm at 6³⁰pm we were still waiting for a room. Not once did the manager come out and help his employee even though he was well aware that expedia over booked the property. Great staff poor management team!!!"
