"People please on the lookout. This Nexus scam you big time. They advertise free breakfast and swimming pool. Turn out, swimming pool was closed all 5 days that we stayed and they charged us $127 for breakfast on top of hotel fee and parking free. TOTALLY A SCAM. You guys are the worse hotel experience that we have!"

"The site didn't say that bathrooms are shared. This is a hostel not a hotel. Rooms didn't have lamps, air conditioning, room coffee, or disposable cups to go. False advertising. This is a hostel."

"The hotel is located in a very quiet, secure, and convenient area. We arrived super early from a cruise and yet, our room was ready! The room was very spacious, great light, and felt luxurious! Awesome quality towels and robes. The bed was super soft, which was not good for me since I have a back injury and need a firmer bed. The facilities are all impeccable, we were 10 minutes away walking ti the Seattle Center. We felt safe at all times walking in that neighborhood. Raul in the front desk...

The room, especially the bathroom filthy and there were some very “sketchy” people roaming around the property making it feel very unsafe. I’m not sure if they were staying in the property, but we’re in and out multiple times throughout the day and night just kind of wandering in the parking lot.
