"The hotel was cute, aesthetic and wonderful smelling (hello Hotel Lobby scent) and the front desk staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. The king room we had was a tad small, but as expected given the location. Do note that the bathroom door is only a sliding ‘barn door’ style and does not entirely enclose it. The location was excellent, close to Millennium Park, the River, and right on the Miracle Mile. We personally had a good view, but did see that some of the other rooms looked...

"The property was outdated but fine. The room seemed clean. There was not rest during our stay here. You can hear everything going on outside and every door that opens and closes. There I security guard on the floor that keeps walking around and his radio is so loud, someone is constantly talking on the other side that we could not sleep multiple nights. It is in the great location but I would recommend paying little extra for some good sleep at night."
