"It was a lovely room. There was no shampoo and conditioner. Reception did give us 2 teeny bottle of shampoo and when I asked about conditioner she rolled her eyes, pointed to the bottle and said well the bottle says it’s conditioning shampoo… the irony is she had long hair too and I can’t believe she rolled her eyes. Yuck"

"First time booking the Boylston Hotel, and I absolutely loved it! The staff were very kind, and the check in/out process was easy and smooth. I loved how modern and clean the hotel was, and I particularly loved the lounge downstairs. There aren’t any elevators in the hotel, but they have a service to help bring bags up the stairs. The room itself was very clean and tidy. It was a super hot day, but the AC in the room was so cold I genuinely forgot about the heat outside. I also love that guests...
