"The hotel was very clean, bed was nice, rooms were great. Although had an issue after checking in, found out that the room I had booked in April wasn’t the room I received. When I said something later about it, because my family and I did not go to room until later that night, I was met with “oh my gosh, unfortunately we don’t have anymore of them type rooms”. I then proceeded to tell her that was a huge inconvenience to my family since I did book this in April and it’s July. She accommodated us with an additional room, which was on another floor, at no charge. Seeing I was tired and didn’t wanna argue the fact of my reservations I accepted it and my family and I were separated for the night. Breakfast time we had to stand in a very long line just to reach our turn and there wasn’t anything left for all of us, so I passed on breakfast so that the kids could eat. I’ve had nothing but great experiences in the past and hope that this is not a sign of the company direction for the future. I still recommend staying here but check your accommodations first before venturing out. But would recommend going out to eat."

"We stayed from July 1st to the 5th. Everything was perfect when we arrived. When we tried the television it wasn’t set up properly. We received help; management came and the only way we could use it was to have 2 remotes. We had trouble several times and had to call. Management was never able to set up with one remote. Staying 5 days with 3 people, our room was never cleaned; we had to ask every day for more towels, soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, or we got them ourselves. Waste baskets were never emptied; we did it ourselves. My husband was most upset because there was no flag hung on the flagpole; even on Independence Day to honor the 250th anniversary of our country’s independence."
