"Great classic hotel, with friendly/helpful staff. Would stay again for sure. Minor issues: there were a couple of spots of dark mold in the corner of the walk-in shower. A bit of bleach, etc, could take care of that. Also, the furniture on our balcony was covered in a thick layer of dust/pollen. We asked that someone vacuum it and someone on staff told the front desk that they'd done it, but the balcony was never touched."

"First opinion was the overkill use of frebreeze and the rudeness from the front desk. The beds were so uncomfortable, barely had a boxspring. Pillows were a joke. Windows were screwed and lodged with a stick so the most you could open it was maybe 2 inches. We could hear people partying and dancing outside till past 11 pm. Playing loud Mexican music dancing and screaming. Found out that this place is also rented to tenants. 5:00 am in the morning they are outside our window having coffee...

"Breakfast was great but the room needed too many repairs and the bed was hard as hell. Got stuck in the bathroom because door jammed No pads to improve bed, no compensation, just a hollow bunch of “I’m so sorry”. Won’t go there again."

"I was told there are a lot of overdoses there. It is a hard place to stay if you are trying to sleep, work, read, or really do anything productive. Very loud clients that stay up late and I even think my neighbor (who was smoking a joint in front of my door when I showed up) got a hooker. Overall terrible experience."

"Breakfast was fine. Fresh fruit was a plus. There was a mixup on our arrival for a 2 night stay, and we were sent to a room that contained a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom. They gave us another room, ,which was fine. The following day, we were gone all day, returning after midnight to find no housekeeping services had been provided - garbage remained and used towels were still in the bathtub. Next morning, staff told us we had to request housekeeping services; it was not the...
