Was absolutely fine for what we needed it for, with food outlets nearby to grab something to eat for dinner and for breakfast the next morning. Was the first time I have experienced a faceless stay, but it worked fine. Parking was full and being used by work vans, so just had to park on the street nearby."

Our room was clean, neat, well appointed, with a refreshments tray including lovely homemade cake and the folder containing menus and directions for the nearby pubs for meals was well thought out and presented. "I was very disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in my hotel room was not working, making the room extremely uncomfortable. I sent a message to report the issue, but although it was delivered, it was never acknowledged or responded to. Earlier that evening, I also informed the receptionist about the problem. I was simply told that there was no maintenance staff available, and no alternative solution or assistance was offered. While there was a fan in the room, it was only blowing hot...

"Lovely hotel nice rooms and really comfy beds. Breakfast was really tasty plenty of choice and really tasty. Evening meal was disappointing the lasagne overcooked and dry, the hunters chicken had been kept warm for so long the bbq sauce was congealed we waited an hour for our food to arrive. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again but would find somewhere else for our evening meal"
