"Room was newly refurbed, and done quite nicely. Lots of sockets around, but decided lack of storage. Just one tiny rail with 4 hangars on it, in a double room booked for 3 nights!!! No shelving, and just one drawer in the desk. I had to keep my clothes piled on top of my suitcase, jackets hanging off the back of the chair as there were no hooks either. "The most dirtiest hotel I've ever seen! The carpets were covered by dirts and stains, moulds were everywhere on the corners of windows and room, toilet was not clean. I booked a room with a queen size bed and sofa bed. The hotel sent me a message askinge if I need the sofa bed with a note that if I dont respond within few hours, they will assume I dont need it. I dont understand why did ask such a question in thw first place as it was included as part of room booking and how 2 adults+2 kids...

"This was cancelled the afternoon before we were due to travel the next morning.as you can appreciate this is unacceptable and very stressful for our family.thought it was disgusting to do that at such short notice."

"We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...
