We picked this hotel because it looked to be in a nice area with a lot of things to do and it looked safe. Our vehicle and multiple others were broken into while staying and the hotel does not have surveillance cameras on the parking lot. What happened to our car was not the hotel’s fault and they were very helpful, but the lack of security was concerning. "

"This is a great property! Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants, and an easy on/off the highway. It is bright and clean. I also love that there's a bar and restaurant in the restaurant! I would like to highlight the night front desk gentleman, Mike. The air was not properly working in our room. When I called down to ask about it, he was extremely kind and courteous, came immediately up to our room to check to see if he could get it working. When he could not get it to work...

"Traveling on family vacation in Louisville. Advanced reservation was simple. Arrived and found very friendly staff man working the front desk. Check-in was seamless. Our room was spotless and as nice as anticipated for a four-star hotel. Clean and quiet and safe. We utilize the fitness room, swimming pool, and walked the neighborhood for exercise - safe. When we needed extra bath towels and a blanket one night, there were no issues. The omelette breakfast is top notch. Plenty of close...

"There were dark hairs in the shower and on the bed spread- which was gross. The 3rd floor stunk like BO. We’ve stayed there before. Seems they need to do a hair check on bedding and showers. "
