"We had a great stay- apartment was clean and comfortable. It was nice that the couch was decent too. Even so, there were some small things missing from the kitchen like salt and pepper and olive oil that would make the stay a tad more hospitable. Also there was no nespresso machine which was part of the described utilities, we had to do with limited soluble coffee packets. Also somebody in the past fried some fish which was affecting the smell in the apartment. Not sure what Saga can do about...

"So there was a software glitch from Enter Backpack Hotel and we where re-booked into the Enter City Hotel I would have given 5 stars for everything but, this glitch was unexpected. They emailed us to late with the change - we were already travelling. City hotel staff was great. Nice to have a washer and a drier."

"My family of four stayed for a few nights, and I’d definitely stay here again. Very convenient location, easy walk to central Oslo, transit, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. "Nettes Appartement in einem hippen Neubaukomplex (alte Schiffswerft) direkt am Hafen in Tromsö. Sehr zentral und schön eingerichtetes Appartement. Schlafzimmer etwas klein mit nur 160cm breitem Doppelbett. Es gubt noch eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohn-/Essbereich -ausziehbare Schlafcouch für eine 3./4. Person. Leider war diese trotz bestätigter Buchung nicht entsprechend vorbereitet. Auch ist das Zimmer recht hell, da es keine Verdunklungsmöglighkeit gibt. Zugang erfolgt über Automatik...

"Veldig fornøyd, men ettersom det heter seg hotell leilighet hadde det vært bra med en liten håndsåpe og et eller 2 kjøkkenhåndkler. Kiosken fungerte fint, men kunne ha hatt litt fler artikler så som kaffe, såpe etc. Nå er det jo uten fôr sesong og kanskje derfor at kiosken ikke var fullt opp😊 Men overordnet er jeg skikkelig imponert og vil absolutt anbefale Dal Gjestegaard! "The apartment was well located, access via the app was easy and it was cosy inside. It was however, very basic inside. It had three beds but lacked sufficient cutlery, crockery and glasses, no tea towels, a broom or dustpan and brush would have been helpful. Inadequate storage for toiletries in the bathroom and it was necessary to lean over the toilet to reach the sink. Toilet paper stored on the side when we arrived was wet from sink splashing.
