"Upon checking in the owner was nasty and extremely rude he refused to give me a receipt. I have no issues with deposits but a receipt is a must . The owner said my bank will provider a receipt. Next day I checked on my app and this gentleman.charged me more than the original.deposit charge. I demand a receipt he finally agreed. Upon going to dinner some one was checking into my room .She opened the door and I almost hurt her with the iron . Real sketchy place don't recommend at all . Not a...

"We booked to be able to bring the kids to the pool and their pool was closed, no where on the booking site or website says their pool wasn’t in service. The room we stood in did not have working a/c. The shower was clogged and kept filling up. Horrible experience will not recommend."

"The best I can say is the building has a lot of character and interesting custom artwork on the premises. The bedsheets seemed adequately clean."

"Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. The staff was helpful and did refund our money but it was late at night when we arrived so it was unfortunate we had to go look for another location. The room had a dingy musty smell, the chair and couch were dirty with stains. The bed had only sheets. The entrance looks good and staff is helpful. Maybe we just got a bad room."

"The staff are excelent very patient and communicative. However the room itself had an amonia/armpit smell and mysterious white trail stains leading to the bed. Also the room looked fine it was mostly the smell that wasnt ok with us so we had to leave. Then yes we did ask staff for a smelling spray but even that wasnt enough to cover the very bad smell and we had to leave early."

"Excellent stay at Hyatt Place! Definitely recommend for close proximity to airport, train and highways. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Dog friendly"

"Bathrooms were weird. Shower and toilet were in a separate room from the sink, which would have been ok except the shower/toilet room was tiny. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed so I either had to hold it with one hand and wash with the other or get everything wet. Walking down the hallway to my room smelled so bad of marijuana it made me think I was the only one in the hotel who didn’t smoke. Bar staff was great, though"

"Apparently they drag race in front of the hotel all night, we were woken up a few times...."

"The hotel is old and in need of updates. Our room was next to an exit door that made a loud noise whenever guests entered or exited, causing constant disturbances throughout our stay. Unfortunately, it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep."

"My husband and I went for a quick weekend getaway for our anniversary. Staff was very friendly and professional. The room very clean, the esthetic fir the room was prefect. Mall a block away. We would recommend."

"Eveything fine and as expected. Just that over night, somebody (or some people) in the same hallway kept opening and slamming their doors every 30-40 mins from 10pm to 2am."
