"Clean"

"Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"I never heard of a booked room the guest having to request to be cleaned after the room is given to the guest. Every hotel I've been to the room given to me is always clean. Here at La Quinta the room was given to me dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and so dirty. The employee at the front desk told me that the room is given to the guest dirty and that I have to request to get it cleaned. I've never heard anything like this before. What hotel would want to give their guest a dirty room. I took...

"The hallway smelled and the rug looked dirty. The lock on my door didn’t lock properly. And I got prank called all night. When I called the front desk , they simply said to unplug the phone."

"The property is well maintained OUTSIDE. But filthy and extremely outdated INSIDE. The only thing that was actually clean were the bed sheets thank god. We were staying here coming from Boston to fly out of providence airport on an early morning flight. My kids cried saying they wanted to go home and it looked like a haunted house. The couch had a stain on it that was questionable. This place needs some serious TLC. No one should have to be in those conditions even for the low price."

"A very typical establishment with basic amenities and a renovated mill vibe. Concrete walls look awesome but definitely a tank smell throughout. Staff was nice. Fine place for a quick pit stop but nothing we would intentionally come to for vacay."

"Room was clean, beds comfortable. There were a few minor negatives, like a bare lamp bulb with no shade, and no other chair than the desk chair. Breakfast was excellent. I would have given 5 stars to this property, except that they advertised a restaurant and room service on their ad, and don’t have one. Also, twice I tried calling, and no one answered."

"Room was unbelievably hot with no working AC, overhead fan, or window to open to bring it down to a comfortable temperature. Cracks in my private room’s walls, could hear and SEE people clearly shuffling around in the kitchen / common room through cracks. Left and booked with Hilton instead. Getting my money back through Michie had been impossible despite not staying for any of my trip! Could have worked for someone else but not for me!"

"My door was jammed my whole stay. As a women I had to throw my body into the door for it to open. It was decent cleaning wise but could be better. Other than that the stay was quiet and peaceful."
