Hotel murah di Norwood Court

"Hotel has easy access to I-44 and is reasonably close to many St. Louis attractions. Lots of food choices in the area. Property well maintained and pretty quiet during our stay. Nice safe area. The only problem we had was that apparently their policy is not to make up the rooms until after 3 days of your stay. "Lets start by pulling in, the parking is cramped. The property is functional but old. The staff was very nice. The elevator was broken and I was put on third floor. The hallways including the stairwell smelled very strongly of the devils lettuce. Hallways and stairwells very dingy and not well taken care of. The room was very outdated but HVAC and TV worked fine. All and all everything is functional for me traveling by myself, had I had anyone with me I would have chosen someplace else. Just...

"The staff is very polite. The room was very clean. A little old but clean. The air conditioner was working great. I was able to get a burger next door at dennys and get a good night rest. Woke up full of energy and ready to go to work."

"I called at least a week in advance to reserve a specific executive room. I was told it will be on hold. I even called back a few days later to confirm the room and was told yes.. only to arrive to a completely different room than I asked for. Which was annoying and loud from highway noise. I don’t know what is going on but management and canonization at this establishment are beyond mediocre. I requested a late check out and was never told that they are a suddenly charging late checkout...

"El escusado estaba tapado cuando llegamos. Lo reporte al front desk para que me enviaran a alguien de mantenimiento. La respuesta no fue la que esperaba. Me dieron un destapacaños para que yo lo hiciera, y me comentaron que ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles por lo que ojalá que lo lograra destapar yo. Muy mal servicio, y más cuando el escusado ya estaba dañado antes que llegara yo. La zona parece peligrosa, por la noche los huéspedes del cuarto de a lado no pararon de hacer ruido y hablar...

"Nice quiet room. Don't get there after 8 or you'll have a problem getting in and registered. The doors are locked and no phone number to call for help. Luck for us , there were quests going in. No phone number to call the front desk either."
