"The staff is professional, courteous, warm and welcoming. The cleaning staff did a horrible job overall (they do not vacuum the rug under the table, they did not clean the bathroom properly, nor did they make the beds properly. Also, the sheets had clear visible signs of being unclean and they did not change the sheets. I believe that it's certain days that they change the sheets. Yuck!!! And this place is not cheap, so a big thumbs down to the cleaning staff. The food variety could be...

"It was refreshing to be greeted by friendly, efficient and professional staff at check in. The room was more than we expected, very modern, clean, very comfortable bed and linen and appreciated the complimentary bottles of water each day, high quality toiletries and huge, soft bath towels. Was a little disappointed we had to ask for a bath mat and milk wasn't replenished but we got some from reception."
