"I was very surprised that the room was $320. Considering it was a Marriott, I was willing to pay the price for a nice comfortable hotel. I was thankful for the shuttle ride. We arrived and the staff was nice. Once on the room we were appalled. The smell was like a strong musty scent. So bad I couldn’t stay in there 5 minutes. The room was very outdated. "Fantastic hotel! Amazing views of the Navy Pier! The lake and very convenient for the City!
Room was very spacious and comfortable.
Unfortunately there was maintenence work in progress when I arrived but they never told me and I went for a nap in The afternoon, got woken up to drilling which scared the life out of me.
There was no extra linen/towels for my room which I was a bit puzzled at cos which hotel doesn't have towels for guests. The shower was amazing but I couldn't get the body...

"This was our first Omni hotel stay and I kept thinking the entire time that I would now be Omni loyal moving forward. The staff really made it. We willingly ate dinner at our hotel each night because of how wonderful the staff was. Our room was a bit delayed at check in and they went above and beyond to apologize for the inconvenience. Everything was just truly amazing. Even the little details such as sparkling water in the gym."

"Beautiful hotel and very close to everything. The room was very spacious and clean. The robes were a cute touch. I also appreciate the bottled water and prosecco. A super friendly young lady checked me in and out. She had gorgeous brown skin and really cute long blonde braids. Another person was very helpful, he had really fun grey and clear plastic glasses. We had a great stay!"

"The hotel is in the heart of the downtown and is easily accessible to all the restaurants, cloud gate, and other attractions. Best of all, the staff is amazing and friendly starting from front desk to room service. They made my stay a very pleasant one.
The only thing that was missing in the room is a comfortable couch. I wish they gave a mini couch/table or something instead of chair/table to sit and eat comfortably but that’s not biggie!
