"Convenient location with easy access to DC. Can walk to casual dining place like TGIs. Only thing disappointing was morning staff around 10am weekdays don’t answer when you call front desk. Went down in person and sure enough lady was there just didn’t want to work I guess. Extended my stay, room hasn’t been cleaner in 3 days, let’s see how long they’ll keep it uncleaned."

"Convenient, clean and reasonably priced. Nice market and water in the lobby and the room was stocked with a coffee maker and pods. Parking was only $20/night but free with their hotel chain membership. Nice exercise room but no pool. AC could have been a bit quieter. We can't comment on the restaurant because we didn't eat there."

"Great room and very clean everywhere! However, limited hours of operation for the Starbucks or cafe and restaurant/bar. Not many choices to eat if you arrive after 11pm or very early checkout. Even the little market shop is limited in options."

"Rooms are clean and looks new. Also, what i like about the property is the clean carpets. Room service should be requested. Aircons work well. Bed is comfortable. No bed bugs. Location is the best for me. The hotel is strategically located. Easily accessible to everything. We didnt opt for breakfast and we didnt use the amenities."

"I love this hotel. Concrete floors just seem cleaner and bathrooms and rooms are so up to date. I’m a very picky person and stress with cleanliness. This place is amazing."

"The bed was soft and the room was spacious. I only wish they told us that they don’t clean unless we tell them. They also didn’t give us a map/directory of Rio Center which would have made the trip better. I don’t like that they don’t have a pool and the workout room is small. Breakfast was good."

"Room price was great! Our room was huge with a separate living area and bedroom. I booked before noticing we had to pay for parking BUT there were many extras. They included a free breakfast buffet and happy hour each evening with 2 free drinks each. ( And happy hour also had snacks ) These added up to far more of a value despite the parking fee. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area again!"

"Bed was very comfortable and price was low for DC area. So 3 stars for that but door lock hardly worked, coffee packets were forgotten second day so minus 2 stars. Overall 1 star because it was very convenient for my move."

"This property is aging out and in need of major upgrades. The putter corridor is a detached motel. The hotel is engulfed in all manner of odor. The continental breakfast was the equivalent of a vending machine with no hospitality. The internet was non existent for my work laptop as well as my iPad forcing me to use my cell as a hotspot. The only highlight was checking out. I started to write the MD health code department because this operation is long overdue for inspection."
