"I just returned from a 9 night stay avdchete are my observations: The hotel is very centrally located and just seconds away from the beach and the main bars and restaurants. It has good sound proofing so no disruption to sleep or rest. They have backup power generators so no disruption to air conditioning, hot water etc. There are lots of stray dogs around but they don't bother you. The area felt safe but Blue Velvet has 24 hour security for peace of mind. The restaurant staff are great...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We used the shuttle pick up and it was there waiting for is upon arrival. The staff are very professional and helpful. We had dropped a bag they're 1 week before our arrival and it was waiting on our room in arrival. The restaurant serves really good food. The pool was lovely and well kept. We did a couples hot stone massage at the spa and it was fabulous. HIGHLY recommend"

"Staff were super friendly and gave us welcome drinks when we arrived. Food was really nice and they had a large selection of cocktails and mocktails. Only issue was sometimes they would make the cocktails ridiculously strong and the pillows were too hard/large for my liking"

"Breakfast is continental with various additions. It does the job of getting the day started. The staff are attentive and will get you anything you want. The rooms are simple but clean but they do not have any air conditioning just some fans . The rooms can get very hot and it can be difficult to sleep. There is no fridge or coffee making facilities. Bring your own shower gel and soap as the hotel only provides a non scented soap stick for cleaning yourself. There is TV in the room but ours only...

" We had a fantastic stay at the Veronika. The staff make this resort incredibly special. Everyone was so friendly & kind it felt like home for the 6 nights we were there. Our room was kept very clean by the lovely cleaning ladies, the whole place was immaculate. "Aucun rapport entre le prix payé et la chambre proposée. Pas de climatisation,de réfrigérateur,de vue sur la montagne,d'eau chaude,et un wi fi lamentable même à l'accueil. J'ai passé une semaine sur la côte de Nosy Be et le Wi-Fi etait normal. Après discussion,j'ai obtenu la même chambre pour 40% de moins que le prix affiché sur le site de réservation. Une pure arnaque."

"Our stay was extremely disappointing due to serious hygiene, food safety & service issues. We felt completely at the mercy of the staff rather than cared for as guests. We repeatedly found insects in our food—ants, gnats, mosquitoes & beetle like bugs across multiple meals. I have a plethora of photo/video evidence. "Pas d'eau, il faut se laver avec des seaux d'eau... Plusieurs jours sans wifi, quand la wifi est présente on ne capte pas dans tout l'hôtel, au début j'avais eu problème de clim on a du me changé de chambre, pas de tv dans les chambres seul 2 membres du personnels parle français si ils ne sont pas là 😅 "
