"The room was small but it was very clean and cosy with a wonderful sea view. The breakfast was great and Karen was very friendly and helpful. I'd love to stay there again!"

"Top notch cleanliness. A most perfect hotel right on the seafront but also close to the harbour. "We were allowed in a bit early as we came by train. The owner Sue is super friendly as were her staff We were right on the beach and could leave the sash windows open for air and to hear the sea. Breakfast was hot and excellent and it’s right next to 2 restaurants with a corner shop behind. The main Sandy beach is only 10 minutes away and the shops are only 15 minutes away Perfect"

"Had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. The location was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"The property was clean and included everything you would need. The outside space was disappointing as it was just a table and chairs in a small concrete space rather than what is shown on the pictures depicting the outside space. The location made ot easy to score with a few shops, pubs and places near by."
