"They have a lot of little touches in the hotel room. Breakfast was hot and cold, which is good and they gave options for you to pack lunches too. 15 minute walking distance to Parliament hill."

"Amazing location in the heart of Ottawa. You’re right in the middle of all the great things to do in Ottawa and it’s all in a short walking distance. Great spot, spring for the valet parking as it’s worth not having to walk to your vehicle offsite."

"Historic hotel close to the Parliament Buildings and the Byward Market area and numerous eateries. The bed was comfortable and it was relatively quiet. Staff were all great ! The Valet parking was somewhat congested but understandable given we arrived the day before Canada Day. The pool at the hotel looked quite cloudy and the hot tub was also cloudy and possibly needed a cleaning. Did not use the hotel restaurant so I can’t comment on it"

"We stayed for 2 nights in the Eco lodge on the 2nd floor.We left feeling as though we were at a resort!From the well appointed room,slightly dated ,mainly the shower, to the pool and hot tub(VERY hot btw)to the amazing food at the restaurants(breakfast at Muse,supper at Heron wine bar with a live jazz duo!)all excellent,includingthe staff!Amazing stay and can't wait to return!Not our first stay and certainly won't be our last!"

"As a family of four, we had a great stay. We used the two bedroom suite so the kids had one room and we had the other room. Definitely a dated hotel, but had everything that we needed and everything was clean and taken care of. The pool was great with the hot tub in the sauna. The only thing that was annoying is that we didn’t know that we had to pay for parking separately so that was a surprise that we didn’t enjoy having when we first got there. Other than that, we had a great time."

"Tout s’est bien passé, le buffet déjeuner faisait l’affaire, les chambres étaient propres, nous avons trouvé très pratique les espaces cuisine. Il nous manquait de serviettes et nous sommes descendus à la réception tard le soir pour en chercher, et le problème a été résolu rapidement."

"Pros: Absolutely the location is the best! Literally walking distance or easy transit from a to b. We walked everywhere with a 3&4 year old.Makes up for the other less fortunate parts of this hotel. Staff were super helpful! Called front desk for more of many things as a family of 4 required extra towels and coffee and they came to the door within minutes! They held the elevator as we had a double wide stroller and a handful. Cons: luck of the draw but kids running around being behind...
