"Our stat at Aloft was better than I expected. Airport hotels are not usually great. They’ve done a great job insulating the rooms. No plane sounds or sounds from other rooms. The staff at reception on check in was great. Young man, very friendly. Check out not so much. Older lady kind of stand offish. And I speak French. Pool was great. Room a little cold. J'ai dû finalement prendre une chambre hors réservation mais 3 chambres m'ont été prélevé et je n'ai toujours pas de confirmation que je vais être remboursée. Chambre trop chauffée par le soleil à notre arrivée et climatisation très bruyante pour la refroidir. Déjeuner sans aucun ajustement possible pour une intolérance au gluten. Séjour médiocre."

"This was a last minute stay and we really loved the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The only issue was that when our room was cleaned, the cleaning staff didn’t replenish our coffee pods. We didn’t want to go downstairs to get coffee as we were exhausted coming back from my father’s funeral. This was a bit inconvenient."
