"Right downtown, but of course that means there were homeless and dirty areas nearby, as well as nice shopping, the metro and squares/ churches. Good value, and, although the interior was a bit outdated, a big space for a family. Pool was small and crowded, but the service was excellent."

"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor from start to finish. The phone number was not provides to contact the help desk, so whenever we needed assistance, we had to go downstairs to the front desk ourselves.
The room was also not properly equipped. There were no bathroom doors. For the price we paid, we expected much better facilities and service. The hotel did not even include breakfast, and basic amenities such as slippers were not provided.
