"Good hotel for price. It’s showing a little wear however, it was very clean and perfect for a one night stay. Other reviews have mentioned proximity to Rock City and some noise but we didn’t hear any noise and it was a Friday night.
All staff were super pleasant and nothing was any trouble. Special mention goes to the reception staff who were fantastic."

"Loved it, very close to places of interest and easy to walk around to the town and find our way back. Place was well cleaned, though they did reuse our sheets one day for a swap. Understandable i suppose. Spent 10 mins awaiting someone to come to the front desk to check in on arrival, but was always manned nearly every other time. Otherwise, incredibly enjoyable stay."

"Central location. Room 6th floor quite noisy on road side. Tea tray replenished and towels were replaced however bed not made up? Bathrobes not supplied as we’re supposed to have been. "I didn't realize the host would send an email to fill out. When you return this, you are then sent the code for the front door and your room. This was my fault. Thank goodness an employee spotted me because she was able to call the host and I was able to get in.
