"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

"Located in the heart of Old Town Warsaw, the EGO Apartment was convenient to attractions and restaurants. The directions to the apartment published by the owner were okay but not great. The apartment is a 5-story walkup with a view of the church behind the building; don't rent it if you have luggage heavier than 10 kilos. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has a small refrigerator. We received a welcome bottle of bubbly which was nice. The dinky shower has a drain cover; water doesn't drain properly."

"Excellent location. Room was big, bed very comfortable. The bathroom had a sewer smell. To combat that we kept the bathroom door closed. If you’re bothered by noise, note the church clock bells chime every hour even during the night. It’s not loud but can be heard. Front desk staff speaks minimum or no English, just an FYI if u need assistance. Elevator is very slow, didn’t work one day and we were on the highest floor. Having said all this I will stay there again."

"This is a very hard to find (in Warsawa) piece of history and old charm. Most definitely not your all mod cons concrete and steel box where you could be just about anywhere on earth. Situated in a delightful park, a short walk from the tram stop (recommended). Feels like like you have actually been somewhere. World class Uzbeki food on the doorstep at reasonable prices (but alcohol free). Short tram ride from the old town makes access very easy."

"This happened to be the closest hotel to a corporate event that I attended. It is a bespoke hotel with each room having a unique name. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had great hot water. I didn’t like the bathroom sinks. They were very shallow but still usable. The price was a bit high for my liking but again for one night to be close to my corporate event it was worthwhile. Maybe be the price was higher than normal because there was apparently some wedding happening that next day or that night but anyhow, the staff was friendly and there’s nothing wrong with the place."
