"No hubo servicio de nada, vimos al recepcionista el día que llegamos y nada más. No hubo ningún intento de contacto, me acerqué a preguntar si tenían servicio en el restaurante y dijeron que sí pero no había nadie, luego pregunté si tenían una marca de whisky para tomar al lado del jacuzzi y nunca más supe de ellos me tuve que acercar a la recepción para que me hicieran señal con la mano de que no había. Servicio nulo!
No cambiaron la sábanas nunca, no hubo ningún gesto de nada en la habitación....

"I’ve stayed in a lot of places in this area and this place has been my favorite by far. The staff were the loveliest & the stay was overall perfect. The homes are surrounded by nature & furry friends. You can bbq, take a walk, or just hang out in the lounging areas. I am looking forward to staying again! Heads up! "The location is nice for what it is but not really worth the price. The place is too rustic and run down. I book for three people. They gave us a queen bed room with a broken futon. The first one was literally broken, the metals were on the literal floor. I requested a new room the minute I got there- however I was ignored by the property manager and the owner. The following morning my concerned was address and a new room was provided. Same kind of room, queen bed and an another broken futon....

"Tuvimos una experiencia hermosa hospedándonos aquí. Desde el momento en que llegamos nos hicieron sentir súper bienvenidos. El lugar es muy acogedor, cómodo y perfecto para descansar y disfrutar del ambiente del Valle de Guadalupe.
El servicio fue excelente, todo el staff fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con lo que necesitábamos. Se nota que cuidan cada detalle para que la estancia sea especial.

"It was barely sufficient but we were supposed to have 4 people condo( 1 queen and 2 large single beds), we only got 1 queen and one single beds.
Nobody spoke English so it was difficult to communicate.
Property itself was scenic, but really there were no amenities.
Breakfast at adjutant Don Tomas was good.
The road to it was country road, uneven with rough terrain.
Definitely difficult to get Uber"
