"Staff is nice, just want to highlight that towards the end of my stay there was no water supply so could not take a shower :(, there was a table in the room but no chair, I had to use bedside table to be able to work"

"My stay was great !! Felt safe and welcomed upon arrival !! Staff member Danny has a very pleasant attitude and friendly as he was treating all guests. The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! I will definitely recommend and will return as a guest very soon !! "
