Family vacation

Aria ocean es una excelente opción para vacaciones en familia. Estuvimos muy confortables. Es un lugar muy privado con mucha seguridad. Las albercas estupendas el acceso al mar increíble. Lo recomiendo al 100%

It's a nice property, primarily a residential property. That is something that may not be clearly communicated to potential renters. This is not a resort or hotel, it's a condo complex that has pools and 1 restaurant. It is very beautiful with a nice beach and great areas to walk around the property.

Hey this property is fine and good food nice pool and beach access so thumbs up on that but we just were after a couple night and these properties are private ownership and so are instructions from the itenerary only shower a number example 405 and we showed up there and they didn’t know who we were but finally a dude says go to 405 and it was open and the keys were on the counter so we got comfortable and the rest was fine

La atención del personal de caseta es terrible, también los de seguridad y sus reglas para la alberca! las albercas estan heladas, y la única que está más templada es muy pequeña para la cantidad de gente que estábamos ahí y huele a puro pipi

There are 3 nice large pools and the building is very nice and modern. The actual building staff were nice, but had some miscommunications with the operator of the room (they rang our doorbell at 11:30 at night looking for payment and then after telling us we could extend our checkout to 1pm, we were locked out of our room from 11-12:30 when they changed the code and then were very upset with us that we were still there until 1 and said we would have to pay $1,500mxn if we’re there a minute past 1pm)

Terrible. This is an investment property and thereby you can expect no electrical outlets : there were two in the whole flat and one working, aside from the kitchen and bathroom. Wifi was awful. Neighbors blast music all day long. Car park alarms and sounds all night. No washcloths, bathmats, real pillow covers: just decorative nonsense. Balcony crowded and lightless. Not a plug or light in sight and the worst of it all: mechanical blinds that are WHITE so you can NOT sleep even if you manage with earplugs. Total disaster

Overall our stay was really great, and we would return if we go back to PV. The apartment was clean and there was enough space for all of us, family of 5 with a 6 month old. We really enjoyed the pools and access to the beach. There are 3 pools, saltwater and fresh water, the freshwater opens at 9am. saltwater at 10am and all the pools close at 11pm, this was really great to be able to go for a late night swim after supper to relax and reset from our times in town. We tried the restaurant one night at the hotel and everything was very good. Staff were very nice. There is 2 large grocery stores located about a 20 min walk on the main road and a Telcel store where you can pick up a SIM card. The taxi from the grocery to the hotel is about 90 pesos if you have a lot of groceries and water to carry back. The only things I would mention was the laundry was locked and the staff didn’t unlock it until 4 days into our vacation.I think there was issue finding the key. I would recommend not locking access to this not sure why it would be locked if it’s included in the room. Transportation was ok, the city bus was supposed to come at least once per hour by our hotel but we never saw the bus come at all during our stay, we ended up walking to the main road about 20 mins and taking the bus from there. Not a big deal for us we enjoyed the walk but maybe people with mobility issues wouldn’t want this or they would be forced to take taxi everywhere which would be expensive.

El lugar está muy bien, no le pongo 5 estrellas por la falta de comunicación. Desde que llegamos, las personas en caseta no sabían que habíamos reservado por Expedia, nos dijeron que ya debíamos tener contraseña y número de cuarto cuando nadie se había comunicado con nosotros. Además intentaron hacernos el cobro desde varios días antes, cuando la app nos dejó seleccionar la opción de pagar el total el día que llegáramos. El primer día no nos dieron brazalete porque se les habían terminado, pero un punto bueno fue que no se pusieron muy estrictos por ese tema al no tener, tampoco nos brindaron contraseña para abrir la habitación, nos dieron las llaves y se quedaron pegadas por fuera el primer día cuando quisimos salir, nos comunicamos con Omar que fue quien nos recibió y su respuesta fue que al menos uno debía quedarse en la habitación hasta el día siguiente en lo que iban a solucionar el problema, se le habló al administrador Gabriel y su respuesta fue que no le llegaban los mensajes porque no tenía batería, y no tocó más el tema, hablamos con la recepcionista Deborah y nos comentó que esto ya había pasado con otros visitantes, su solución fue avisar a quien revisaba las cámaras para que estuviera al pendiente, al final tuvimos que solucionarlo por nuestra cuenta. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente, la comida en el bar de la alberca con buenos precios, la alberca climatizada, el área de playa, fuera de la residencia pasa el transporte público y puedes trasladarte a varios lugares

El depto ok el edificio no tanto

Muy poca comunicación con el host, tardaba horas en responder, el departamento estaba bien pero le faltaban algunas cosas para hacerlo comodo por ejemplo donde colgar la toalla o poner los jabones en la regaderas, pero lo que si estan bastante mal son las areas comunes todo muy sucio, la alberca super bonita de las fotos no esta climatizada es helada, en la playa no hay camastros ni palapas, tienen una pequeña alberca caliente en la playa pero muy pequeña para la cantidad de personas, tiene un pequeño restaurante pero caro, malo y mal servicio, no vuelvo a ir a ese edificio, el apartamento ademas de los pequeños detalles esta bien
