Staff at front desk were super helpful and accomodating. 7 eleven closeby with convenience of microwave on every floor level. Rooms were lareg enough and smelled fresh. Great brewery within 25m of hotel. A great base to still travel to hakone, mishima, fukkoka pass and other nearby locations.

Overall really good location - close to Numazu station and various convenience stores and restaurants. None of the staff spoke any English but it didn't really affect my stay that much. Standard room size for a Japanese business hotel but I will say the way the desk was located in the room made it incredibly inconvenient to use. I would stay here again.

A pleasant stay. The room is a bit small, but otherwise satisfactory. Was first offered a smoking room, but when I said I preferred a non-smoking room, staff gladly changed it for me without question.

Friendly staff, clean room. Only 5 minutes walk to the subway station. They do housekeeping on demand, there's a "please clean room" tag you can put on the door. Some amenities are not provided in the room, they are placed on the shelves at the lobby so customers can grab what they need.

This is a small hotel. We are non smoker but due to this hotel has the anime love live theme, my son wanted to stay here and there is no more room so we took the smoking room. The smell of the cigarettes are very strong so i dont like it. Staff are friendly but they cannot speak English. They try their best to use phone to translate. Its a nice hotel, just i dont like the tobacco smell.

普通のビジネスホテルです。ただし、机が小さいので部屋でデスクワークする方は少し不便を感じるかもしれません。 駅近でコンビニ飲食店も多くあり不便さは感じません。 提携の駐車場は立体で若干離れています。雨の日は気になる距離です。
