"Location"

"The room was small and felt a bit congested, but it was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were courteous and efficient, with Rony being especially helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great start to the day. The hotel also has the advantage of not requiring parking, which was convenient for our stay. Overall, it is a good place to stay, particularly if you are looking for a convenient location with friendly service and an excellent breakfast."

"I always have a great stay here but on this occasion I was very disappointed. The room was small. The hall ways smelt like stale sweat. Remote control for TV was intermittent, had to cast the England game from my phone. No balcony, had to wait nearly 30 mins before getting my room when check is from 3pm you expect your room to be ready :)"

"Went to reception to ask where I could get a glass of water (no bottles in room) and was told to drink the tap water in the bathroom. No cups provided in room to do this. Asked to borrow an iron and had to pay a £10 deposit to bring it to the room. Room was not clean. Removed socks to walk on wooden floor around bed and immediately had dirt stick to the soles of my feet."

"Great little room with a really cold fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, comfy bed, shower and fan - last 2 were important as stayed there in the heatwave. Windows open properly which was a help but was very hot - would imagine every hotel room/apartment without air con was the same though. Cheery bright decor. Only 10 in walk from Surrey Quays station on the Windrush Line and number 1 bus stop right outside takes you over the Thames in 25 mins. Walked back from the station at gone 11pm...

"I have stayed here multiple times, previously, but it is now not run so well and a lot of Health & Safety issues concerned me."

"Not the cleanest of places. Not too bad though, I had a relatively comfortable stay. I think the overall rating on Expedia when I looked was around 6 ... that's about right or maybe 5"

"Booked 2 rooms for work collegues over 2 nights , Hotel reception would not give them 2 rooms and made them use 1 room with only 1 bed. Too late for us to do anything about it, did not stay the 2nd night "

"Personne n’a répondu au téléphone, les habitants des lieux ont essayé d’appeler les responsables , le responsable n’a pas trouvé la réservation expedia, expedia ne répond pas, nous avons du repartir avec le dernier train histoire de ne pas passer la nuit dehors avec un enfant de 2 ans. "

"Clean modern room with a small fan and soap / shower gel supplied. Unfortunately no tea and coffee facilities in the room although there was a lounge downstairs with an honesty box. I just needed a cup so I’m not sure if the tea or coffee was charged for. It was supposed to be unmanned but the staff were there and helped me check in and a missing remote. The remote didn’t help much though a so the signal for the tv was bad. I had my iPad and connected to the free internet no problem. All in all...

"Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from Wapping station, Sainsbury's local opposite, pub was nice too. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Perfect for us to stop over for the night & would definitely stay again. Thank you!"

"What a great find! The pub had such a lovely vibe, great staff. The place is really stylish and comfy- my room was gorgeous, really good bed. I was in London for work but wish I'd booked 2 nights. Would definately stay again."
