"The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is quite central. Staff is very accommodating. Washroom clean with useful amenities. The only thing is that when I booked with Expedia, it said breakfast for 2 was included. But the hotel staff said it was not included."

"Some staff would incredibly friendly, one of the receptionists gave us some great restaurant recommendations. The bartenders were very friendly. Location was great we walked everywhere. We enjoyed the pool and sauna area. We wish we could have stayed longer! The underground parking was convenient and felt so secure I didn’t worry about my car at all. I found the breakfast menu a rip off, not a huge deal. We just went out. I’d stay here again."

"The staff was absolutely phenomenal - kind, helpful, and going above and beyond. The location is really convenient with the metro, shops, and food steps away. Wifi only worked in the bathroom. There were fruit flies and ants in the washroom. The street noise is quite loud. Room size was good for the price."

"Only there for a night. The room was on the far end of the 5th floor where you have no alternative but to take a spiral staircase to get there. Tired and with two heavy lugages that was somewhat painful. The room also had leftover from the previous occupant."

"Clean room, comfortable bed. Really nice location; close to many supermarkets, restaurants, and sights. Only thing is there is broken door stop attached to the front door that might be potentially dangerous."
