"The staff at this hotel were truly excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay very pleasant. That said, the cleanliness of the bathrooms could use some improvement. In particular, the areas around the outside of the showers and the floors didn’t feel as clean as expected. With a bit more attention to those details, this would be a much stronger overall experience."

We asked for towels and they told us they only had two left. The gym and the laundry facilities were closed by the health department. There was no seating outdoors. "Evening parking was a complete and utter nightmare. I don't know if there was a special event going on or if it was because of the restaurant, but we were lucky to get one of the last spots in a lot far away from the main entrance. Otherwise we would have been forced to use valet parking. Definitely not enough parking on site and not conveniently located. "Kitchen was completely empty, no dishes, silverware, not even paper towel or napkins. Room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. Free breakfast was a nutragrain bar and coffee. Not even creamer for your coffee, very disappointing. Would not stay again."
