"E' un intero palazzo di 9 piani adibito ad appartamenti per affitto.
La struttura, si vede, che è stata ristrutturata per questo scopo, ma le parti comuni non sono pulite. Ci sono delle cicche attaccate nella parete dell'ascensore. Basta toglierle.
La camera è spaziosa e c'è quello che serve nel cucinino. Però anche qui si vede che non è stato più curato. ALcune cose sono rovinate (funzionanti però). C'è da dire che i prezzi sono alti e quindi magari si potrebbe cercare di sistemare un...

"Fantastic gem in the heart of Geneva. Our original booking for another hotel got cancelled so we stumbled across this property as an alternative and we are so happy we did! Such a lovely surprise to find this accommodation that straddles the best of both a hotel and private apartment in the old town. Location, decor and amenities were fantastic plus the service and staff were so friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The only disappointment is that we didn’t stay longer! "

"The apartment was excellent, modern, in great shape, in a quiet building five minutes walk from a bus stop, a train station, and an Aldo grocery store.
My only (slight) negative comment is that it was a little warm; there’s no air conditioning, and the ceiling fans weren’t much help. Other than that, everything about this apartment was great. "

"Great little apartment with everything we needed. 10 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to walk to the lake. It had a small kitchen with a fridge and hob. Free tea and coffee was also provided."
