"Room was spacious and clean. Really liked the equine decor. Beds were comfortable, room temperature was comfortable. Location was quiet. The one big negative, however, was the lack of hot water in our shower. We let the water run a long time, but it never got hot. Water in the sink was hot, but not in the shower. Made for a very unpleasant experience. When I told the agent upon our checkout, all he said was that no one else had reported an issue. He didn't really seem to care."

"The outside looks nice, but the strong aroma of cigarette smoke when heading to our room and the smoke detector going off throughout the night made for an awful stay. The front desk workers were kind, but they were only able to reset the smoke detector for a few hours timeframe. There were dead bugs and paw prints on the floor of the room."
