"The staff was excellent, prompt, and extremely helpful! We needed help with the TV and the staff was very attentive and quickly solved the problem. The room had an odd smell and felt damp, but understandable in humid Florida! It was a convenient location and the AC was cold!"

"lovely place to stay. My only complaint was that people were sitting in the middle of the complex till very late and you can hear everything. Nice area in the middle of complex with chairs and good vibes as well as pool. And between rooms there's a big gap between the doors people next door were noisy and woke us up at 6 . otherwise location, amazing . breakfast cute. coffee 24 /7 ."

"We stayed here for UF Family weekend. We booked early, and the rate wasn’t too inflated. Things really book up around that time and there is price gouging, so we chose an affordable hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful and made us aware of amenities. They offered a shuttle for the UF football game. Your stay includes free breakfast. Coffee, fresh popcorn and cookies are available most of the day. The condition of the elevator and the carpet and chair in our room needed some attention. The hotel has a bit of a damp or musty smell. We went nose blind to it pretty quickly, though. I know moisture is a big challenge in Florida. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable, and my teenage son said he slept like a baby on the sofa bed, for which the front desk gave us clean sheets, blanket and pillow. Overall, a positive experience. We would stay here again."
