"Everything was great and housekeeping was very nice and did a great job in our room. One concern that I do have is regarding an establishment that hands out moisturizing packets from a salon called. ReNew. Staff are very aggressive and one particular gentleman was downright rude when we said no to his sample. Unfortunately, we tried to avoid that entrance at all costs and that could lead to some discomfort from other guests as well. Overall, you have a beautiful property. We had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate using it again if we ever visit Waikiki in the future."
