"Our room was not ready when we arrived after 3:30pm. On a second note, I went to dial for from desk and the phone in the room was not operating, we had to use our cell phones. we also had some annoying small Gnats on our table and bath sink. We reported and also shared a video of them crawling on the wall. Excuse for later check in is that they didn’t have any clean sheets. They offered to move us to another room but at a later time and it would have been a down grade. They never came out to fix...
