"The only reason we chose to stay here was for the free airport shuttle because we had 8 luggages and our flight out was the next day. Other than that, we’d never stay here again. Although staff were friendly, this place needs a complete renovation. Beds felt too soft from long use, sink drain did not work properly, blinds didn’t completely conceal inside, 1950s bathroom tiles, etc. What was upsetting was that we were given a number to call for the shuttle upon arrival, and the 808-868-1131...

"Really nice property with excellent staff. Rooms have been renovated and have everything you coukd want- coffee maker, iron, blow dryer, safe, etc. The monkeypod restaurant is phenomenally good, right ON the ocean, with the nicest waitstaff you will find anywhere. Although the property is ON the beach, it has just a spit of sand and you must go out to the street and walk a bit to access Waikiki proper, instead of just strolling down the beach. Great property, but next time I will be down the...
