"The hotel itself was very clean and the pool and hot tub was amazing but the accommodations for breakfast was not the greatest they were closing the restaurant entirely and we only got 20 percent for one breakfast and it still came to 37 dollars after the one time discount , the wifi was not the greatest but it was comfortable and security was on site at night which was good"

The pillows in our room were mediocre and the AC unit was a bit loud. Didn’t ask for these things to be fixed so not entirely the hotels fault. Overall our experience was good."

"The perfect spot for our family with young kids. We were able to stop in for naps, wash laundry - detergent was provided - so we could pack less, and cook meals instead of having to eat out with babies. Located a quick walk from the go station so catching the train into Toronto was super quick and easy. We ended up with a large rental vehicle so parking in the underground parkade was pretty tight but we were able to fit. Overall it was clean and quiet and we had a great time!"

"Room needs lots of updates. No sports stations on TV. Cable system certainly needs to be updated. Check in was standing outside while a window was opened and clip board was passed through. Very impersonal."

"Stayed in the Beasley room for the night and it was exactly what we needed. Located in a lovely heritage building, the room and house is full of character. Super comfy and clean, both the room and common areas were very well kept. There are multiple well stocked washrooms and the kitchen looked recently installed or renovated. The staff was present, kind, and helpful. Would come back in a heartbeat!"

"Room was clean, washroom clean with good shower and water pressure, staff were helpful and courteous. The bed did sag in the centre with 2 sleepers but was not horrible. Amenities were very basic, no place to hang clothing, towels clean and good quality, microwave and fridge but no coffee or tea, no phone in room to contact front desk. For the price this was a very good stay."
