"This place is always spotlessly clean. Has everything we need always leaves coffee n tea sachets etc perfect for the morning brew. So quiet. We and our daughter had a room each and was perfectly placed next tk each other . I cannot praise this accommodation enough. "

"Rooms was very clean and whilst no frills it had all of the amenities available anyone could need, including for cooking. Safe free parking was ideal. The location of the hotel is excellent. Just beside is the Zoo and Castle. The town centre is a short walk as is The Black Country museum"

"The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! "

"Staff polite and very helpful. Room nice size with comfy chairs to sit in instead of just the bed. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Bathroom adequate lovely clean white towels,soap and shampoo if required and nice hot water. Tea and coffee etc , would of liked some biscuits,that's just me . Beds clean warm and comfortable."
