Oh, and the horrible bath is shared amongst at least 8 rooms."

"I really like this place. THe only negative was that there is no USB port in the room, or anywhere in the carpark to charge an electric vehicle. Parking is easy and plentiful. Breakfast is great. Din't actually meet a single member of staff except in the pub (where they were very pleasant) - so i cannot really comment on the staff. It would be ice to actually see someone or have the facility to ask a question etc"

"Ordered room service at a late time of the night. Whilst I don’t expect gourmet at 1am it is reasonable to have something edible. £35 for 2 dry panini rolls isn’t really good enough and this could be improved. Also no spa - which should make the 5 star experience better."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at the ibis Styles Birmingham Centre for one night and, considering we only paid £46.69, we were genuinely impressed. The reception area was clean, spacious and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They showed us where we were on a map and pointed out nearby attractions, including directions to the Utilita Arena where we were attending an event.
