We stayed on the 12th floor, and were especially pleased with the room size, the comfort of the beds and pillows, and the effective air conditioning. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The Grand is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city! We had a fantastic view of the church and the wheel and the room was large with lots of thoughtful details! The bar is lovely and we enjoyed the Friday evening Jazz singer. Breakfast was great and the staff were really helpful in finding options to suit my dairy intolerance. We will come again! "

"Lovely spacious room which is well appointed and furnished tastefully. We did not eat food at the restaurant/ bar on this occasion but would certainly give it a go if we have a need to stay in Birmingham again in the future. Staff were really helpful and friendly and location wise the hotel is a reasonably short walk to venues such as Utilita arena."
