"Unusual hotel stay but overall worked out well. Staff were friendly and helpful, but they were often not at the reception desk. Didnāt need the ladies a lot but had questions several times; we called 2x & texted 1x about where to find the room safe in the room & how to get extra towels. Each time, we went to the lobby to get our answer. Fwiw, there are no safes in the rooms (āWe donāt have safes because weāre not a hotel. And since no one enters your room but you, nothing will be stolen.ā First,...
