"Rooms were coma, well decorated and cozy. Staff were very nice and hospitable. This was a luxury establishment without steep pricing. Food from the kitchen was great as well! Lots of fun breweries in the immediate area as well!"

"The location of the hotel was great for my trip. I was in walking distance to so much. The hotel does not have an elevator so be mindful of that. The room size is like your average room size at home. Check in was perfect and I would recommend this place."

The initial staff member who assisted me was somewhat brusque, but the lady who helped me during checkout was much more pleasant and did an excellent job. "I was provided incorrect information regarding incidental charge which when called the hotel was told $50 but upon checking in was told it is $200 due to my using a debit card $50 is credit card. The manager was very nice and apologetic offering to provide a nice room. The nice room was smelly, pillow was dirty found hair and makeup and appeared that housekeeping was not done. "It was a walkable area and I found it was easy to figure out how to use the bus and transit system! A few bars and restaurants near by in a 10 min walking distance down Broadway. Trips into the city of San Francisco was as easy as taking the BART station nearby! Save your money and time and take advantage of the all day pass and public transit in the city "

"It’s not clean enough "

"Bathroom was moldy and shower and tub were filthy with black scum in crevices. Hair on the floor indicated that it wasn’t swept after the last guest. Otherwise it was basic and gave what I needed which was a cheap roof, bed, shower. The front office person was accommodating."
