"Room was great! Bed is very comfortable. I enjoyed the room! There was no included breakfast and 2 coffees cost $13. Seriously? There’s a Tim’s and Starbucks down the road. Electric charging costs a fortune, that’s taking advantage of travelers "

"Everything was great, however, you could tell the floors hadn’t been swept/vaccumed. They have little runners beside the bed and as I stepped there to plug my phone in, I stepped on something and it was either a thick toe nail or finger nail, and it was absolutely disgusting. My husband picked it up with a Kleenex and reported it to the front desk. They did offer to have someone come up and clean the floors but we had just returned to our room and didn’t want to leave again, we have young...

"We were staying there because we had a wedding venue close to the hotel. Upon returning for the night. We found water and an ice bucket waiting for us. As well on checking in a small cake with fruit berries. "

"Breakfast replenished quickly with good variety. Pool area clean with good water temp. Wifi connection strong. Workout areas would be better if combined + free weights. Toilet flooded but was snaked and water cleaned up quickly. Shower ceiling and edges could be cleaned better - black spots. "

"Desk clerk told me that we had a 1pm check out time but our room wasn’t on cleaning lady’s list . Tried to phone desk when our tv remote didn’t work but their phone was permanently “busy “. Swimming pool was the size of a large jacuzzi constantly full of kids— contrary to online photos!"

"Room was clean and staff were extremely accommodating but the room it self was just okay. Beds were too soft. Felt smaller than queen beds. Pillows were so soft that even 2 together didn’t support my head; just sank dow lower. Heat and cooling was a nightmare four our allergies. Looking for pet free room due to allergies but none designated in this hotel. Staff found a room with no pets for 36 days but still issues. "

"Breakfast was ok - basic Bed is awful and the pillows are even worse. Bathroom is ok, but the wall paint was peeling. During the night there were major spotlights facing the window - not a black out shade at all. There is no elevator - be ready to climb the stairs. Otherwise a quiet place. "
