"We booked the room through Expedia and paid in advance. When we arrived we were told there were no rooms available and Expedia would refund our money when the hotel never checked us in. The assistant manager was very helpful, but he couldn’t help us. The place did not feel safe and people who did not appear to be hotel guests were hanging around the parking lot."

"I received a message via Expedia that my reservation was cancelled. They did nothing to re book an alternative. I turned up at the hotel anyway at my planned arrival time of 01:00 am to find it was all dark as they had no power and couldn’t operate. I went to the hotel next door and they fortunately had a room but it cost twice the price."

"Hotel is very old and outdated. Rooms were not very clean, carpet had nail clippings on it and toilet had a floater in it. Check in was over a computer screen and didn’t appreciate that it shows my room number for anyone in the lobby to see. Room key didn’t work after 1st night had to get it reprogrammed and the front desk person didn’t even ask for id or name the just reprogrammed the key for the room number I gave them without verifying who I was. Only good thing I have to say about the stay...
