"I don't think the outside from the parking lot was the most inviting. But once inside, it's very well lit and beautiful. And the room was excellent, minus having no USB ports for charging. The bed was great, the bathroom was very nice."

"Hard to get to the property initially with random downtown street closures. Very limited parking in front of the hotel. (There's a valet area & maybe 2 or 3 paid parking spots.) "Checkin was quick, room was ready. Rooms are large and should be great for most stays. However, the room wasn’t really maintained well and definitely hadn’t been cleaned recently. When on vacation i want my room serviced every day not every other day. How do we get fresh clean towels??"
