"This hotel is perfect for a quick getaway. The staff were so helpful during my stay. My room was good, perfect for a solo trip. The only thing is that I could hear the other room close & shut their door which was directly across from my room. However, the location is convenient not too far from Joe’s Pizza & walking distance with the World Trade Center Memorial."

"The staff was great, but the iPad based TV control did not function reliably for the duration of our stay. I doubt there is anything the staff could have directly done to fix this since it seemed to be more of a hardware/software issue than one of the staff themselves.
Overall a great location, the rooftop bar was gorgeous with one of the best views I’ve seen of Manhattan."

"Location of the hotel was OK. Room was very basic and lack of any safe was a concern meaning we had to lock everything away in our cases. This was even more concerning with an issue we have tried, unsuccessfully, to address via the general manager. On the last day of our stay we left the hotel late morning and returned about 9pm to find our room door open. Staff had clearly been in and emptied the bin in the bathroom, however no other service had taken place. The door does not close...

"I had to ask daily for an extra bath towel; no fridge in the room but one was left outside our door upon request. We appreciated the free bottles of water each day. The sound of the elevators approaching our floor could be heard from our room. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant attached to the hotel has a very small menu and only Chinese food. The restaurant on the 2nd floor was closed all week and apparently not a part of the hotel, although you can access it from the 2nd floor....

"I stayed in room 1007, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived.
The hotel uses a digital key system that sends a link to access your room. My digital key did not work, so I had to go back downstairs to get a physical key. While I was there, I noticed other guests were having the same issue.
My biggest concern was security. The elevators allow anyone to enter and select a floor without scanning a room key, which means non-guests can access the guest room...
