"This was my first time and experience at public hotel, and I had a comfortable amazing wonderful stay. I definitely am planning on going back to spend a weekend so that this time I could try out some of the events and catch the brunch and bars on the property. overall great day will do it again."

"We booked an upgraded room unfortunately when we arrive, the room was not ready and it was broken. There was a lot of confusion among the staff of what was going on. We ended up waiting for many hours in a small cramped lobby. My wife is incredibly tired. We felt frustrated and angry, and when we had to be put in a room, we were putting in a room with incredibly noisy air conditioner. I was like sitting next to a diesel truck then room also was lower grade, but we stayed in there till our other room is ready. We moved into our right room ready by the television was broken, and I had a flickering light stove would give an epileptic person some sort of seizure the entire experience was lackluster and for the money that we paid it was completely underwhelming would avoid it all costs. Plus location and cleanliness negative everything else."
