"Lovely place to stay, well located. Room is excellent, enough space and storage. Decent bathroom. Big TV, fridge with a little freezer, tea and coffee bits and cereal & porridge for breakfast. Didn’t interact with staff much or use the pub as we had evening events all booked, but overall it was a perfect place to stay for a few nights. I’d definitely go again, can’t fault it really. "

"It’s a little bit dated in some parts. The rooms could do with a modern upgrade, digital TVs with Netflix and YouTube streaming for example. The showers were really poor in water power and dribbled. The pillows were pretty flat and not too comfortable. But the staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty but that toaster was screeching in the background and made it uncomfortable to remain too long in the dining area."

"We were late for breakfast but there was still a full choice of tasty wholesome food available . Bed very comfortable . Room clean and tidy. Staff were smiley and helpful where necessary. Great location for motorway links etc yet no traffic noise . The only negative experience we had was the car park arrangements charging £5 per night and feeling worried about being fined for overstay / incorrect parking etc. We will look elsewhere on our next visit to Chatham .
